Testimonials and endorsements
Testimonials on this Site are from real people and are shared with their permission. They reflect each person's own experience and opinions. They are not a promise or guarantee that anyone else will get the same results.
We do not pay for positive testimonials, and we never make any reward depend on what someone says. If a person who gives a testimonial or appears in our content has a material connection to us or to a client, such as a payment, a free product or service, or being an employee or family member, we disclose it, in line with the FTC's Endorsement Guides.
Videos we make for clients
The videos we produce for businesses feature those businesses' customers. Statements in those videos are the honest opinions of the people speaking, not statements of fact by Quell Media. Each client is responsible for how it uses the videos, including any claims it makes about its own products or services and any disclosures required on its own posts. When we share client work on our own channels, we identify it as client work.
Photos on this Site
Photos on this Site show real interviews we filmed. People shown appear with their permission. If you appear on this Site and want your image removed, email us and we'll take care of it promptly.
Blog and research
Our articles are for general information and education. They are not legal, financial or professional advice. We cite third-party studies and surveys in good faith and link to them so you can read the originals. We don't control those sources, research has limits (which we try to point out), and findings can change over time.
No guaranteed results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee any specific number of views, followers, leads, sales or other outcomes.
Third-party platforms
We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Google or any other platform mentioned on this Site. Their names belong to their owners.

- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized
We'll review it and respond promptly.
